a success...

the all-nighter was a fun night besides the fact that i stayed up for a straight 24 hours. over 100 students, lots of parents & college students helped out, no one got hurt, no bad attitudes, caffeine drinks were available at every place we went to... i call that success! ha

the events of our night were as follow:

  • we left the church at 5:30 & headed to the OKC hornets basketball game

  • back to the church for some dodge ball & pizza

  • then at midnight the FUN began... confetti drop!!!
  • we played for about 30 minutes in this mess & now its time to clean up... thanks for helping out this year kaden!

  • after we had gotten all the confetti out of our hair, off of every layer of clothes we had on & out of our shoes we got back in the people mover, 2 church vans, & 4 different cars & headed down the road to go bowling

we then we back in time... to the 1980's... we went roller skating!!!
we were back at the church by 6:30. the students we all gone by 7... PTL!!! and i was in my bed asleep by 7:30 am.

That looks like so much fun...exhausting but fun! Even in the middle of the night, you dont look tired! You guys are awesome for doing this for your teens. I hope you have been able to catch up on your sleep now!
