Yum - that looks delish!

As for suggestions for date night...wish I could help you but we rarely go on dates. Life/kids always seem to get in the way of us putting each other first.

We have a "date" every Saturday morning. Joel goes grocery shopping with me. Just pushes the cart and holds the coupons.
Last night we watched Fireproof together. I have to say it is an AWESOME movie for christian couples to watch. I used a lot of kleenex. We also try to walk together every night too. My life is just a little different from yours though-my kids are 15 and 19.
I truly enjoyed my kids when they were younger and loved every minute of staying at home with them. But it is great at this age too because you don't need a babysitter anymore.
So enjoy your little ones - they grow up way to fast.
